  55.           The CTRLCLIB  library of  functions and all other programs and
  56.      documentation distributed  or shipped with it are copyrighted works
  57.      protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You are granted
  58.      a right  to use  your copy  of CTRLCLIB  only under  the terms  and
  59.      conditions specified in this license agreement.

  61.           CTRLCLIB is  a commercial  software package.   It is not free,
  62.      and it  is not  in  the  public  domain.    It  is  distributed  as
  63.      Shareware, which means that before you pay for the package, you may
  64.      try it  and see  if you  want to  continue using  it.   You may use
  65.      CTRLCLIB free for a trial period of up to thirty (30) days.  If you
  66.      wish to  continue using  CTRLCLIB after that period, you must pay a
  67.      registration fee.   If  you choose not to pay the registration fee,
  68.      you must  stop using  CTRLCLIB and  remove it  from your  computer,
  69.      though you  are still  free to  keep copies  and pass them along to
  70.      others.

  72.           You may  use your  registered copy  of CTRLCLIB  on  a  single
  73.      computer.   You may  also install  it on  a computer  attached to a
  74.      network, or  remove it  from one  computer  and  install  it  on  a
  75.      different one,  provided there is no possibility that a single copy
  76.      of CTRLCLIB  will be  used on  more than  one computer  at a  time.
  77.      Network,  site,  and  Right-To-Copy  licenses  are  available  from
  78.      Trendtech Corporation.   You  may  NOT  give,  sell,  or  otherwise
  79.      transfer copies  or portions  of the registered version of CTRLCLIB
  80.      any other person or business for any reason.  You may copy CTRLCLIB
  81.      for backup  purposes, and  you may  give copies of the unregistered
  82.      (Shareware) version  to other  individuals, which they may also use
  83.      and copy under the terms of this agreement.

  85.           You may  NOT distribute CTRLCLIB other than through individual
  86.      copies of the unregistered version passed to friends and associates
  87.      for their individual use.  Specifically, you may not place CTRLCLIB
  88.      or any part of the CTRLCLIB package in any user group or commercial
  89.      library  without   express  written   permission   from   Trendtech
  90.      Corporation, and  you may  not distribute  for a fee, or in any way
  91.      sell copies of CTRLCLIB or any part of the CTRLCLIB package.

  93.           Like all useful computer software, CTRLCLIB may contain errors
  94.      in the program or documentation.  If you find such an error, or are
  95.      otherwise dissatisfied with the registered version of CTRLCLIB, you
  96.      may return  the  entire  package  within  thirty  (30)  days  after
  97.      purchase for  a full refund of your original registration fee. Such
  98.      a refund  shall be  your sole  remedy  for  any  program  error(s).
  99.      Trendtech Corporation  shall not  be liable  for  any  other  costs
  100.      incurred by you due to such errors.

  102.           If you  do not  agree with  the terms  and conditions  of this
  103.      license, you  do not  have permission  from Trendtech  Corp. to use
  104.      CTRLCLIB, and  you must  stop using  it and  remove  it  from  your
  105.      computer.   Any use or distribution of CTRLCLIB which violates this
  106.      license will be considered a copyright violation, and prosecuted to
  107.      the full extent of the law.
